Power to Exchange Information

According to the FCS Act, the Authority is free to make the decisions it considers to be appropriate for cooperating with regulatory authorities or individuals inside Grenada or outside it. In case they have enough desire and power to prevent or detect the financial crime, which includes money laundering, terrorism sponsoring, misconducting or misuse of information and related actions, then the Authority will gladly cooperate.Cooperation may also include, except for actual help, sharing the official documents which are not prevented from disclosing by the Authority, FCS Act or any other organization. But it should be noted that for this aim the procedure asks for making requests for assistance of other regulatory authorities which are situated in foreign locations.
